If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Salty Boots gladly accepts returns or exchanges.
Merchandise that has not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered may be returned for a store credit. We must be notified within 30 days from the date your merchandise shipped.
We offer exchanges for a different size of clothing and shoes, for the same merchandise, that has not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. We must be notified within 30 days from the date your merchandise shipped.
We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry, hair accessories, hygiene/cosmetic items and merchandise on sale.
Damaged or defective items may be returned and the customer will be sent a replacement if we are contacted within 3 days of customers ordered being received. You must include a photo of the damaged or defective item. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or incorrect sizing.
Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.
We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of exchange shipping is free if you use the return label provided by Salty Boots Co.. You must include the invoice and all items being returned.
Customers are responsible for verifying the shipping address and payment details prior to checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages returned. Please contact us if you need to verify your shipping address prior to the shipping date.
